Create a New Event

Stand up the next meeting in one pass — set the basics, then either clone a prior event’s structure (sessions, roles, forms, lookups & custom fields) or start from blank. Multiple events can be active at once. (FR-EV-1…5, FR-CF-1/2.)

How MDS actually works today: the new meeting is a carbon copy of last year’s, then staff add a field or a lookup. Choose to clone a prior event’s structure or start clean — both are first-class options.

3 · Customize

This is the self-service config that today needs an IT request (pain point #8 / FR-CF-1/2). Add a managed-lookup value or a custom field here and it’s ready immediately — no SSRS ticket, no waiting on IS.
