Action items & forms
These forms are driven by your roles. You’re a Speaker and a Chair, so you see disclosures, agreement, bio, and headshot — plus speaker-only housing and travel.
Why no extra forms? As a Chair you would not normally get a housing form — but because you’re also a Speaker, housing and travel appear for you. A chair-only faculty member would not see them (FR-FM-1, SPEC §5.2).
